Project Description

Episcopal Day School (EDS) of Pensacola is an independent elementary school, with an innovative and inspiring educational platform, two state-of-the-art campuses and a rich history of excellence and Christian values.

In hopes of creating an all-encompassing story to present to their audience, as well as improve their admission numbers, EDS approached JCW for help building an inviting and unique presence in the Pensacola community.

Creating Brand Recognition

Our process began with conducting six distinctive focus groups at EDS. Once back in the office, we dived into internal collaboration, brainstorming and strategizing to create a new look, write a strong positioning statement, design print collateral, produce and edit videos and photos, and build an effective marketing campaign.

“We watched the video about six times after we saw it the first time. It was outstanding! We loved the campaign slogans and the design look. All the print items were beautiful. And the photos were extraordinary. You all are gifted photographers with an exceptional artistic eye. It exceeded our expectations.”

Growing a Social Media Presence

Audiences yearn to experience and identify an organization’s voice and unique qualities. This is why having a strong, unified social media presence is no important. We worked with EDS to build their consistent voice in their community and across all social platforms.

Developing a Distinguishable Website

Our web developers, designers and marketing strategists focused on creating a website that embodied the heart, values and mission of the EDS family. Incorporating personal touches from both teachers and students truly added a distinguished voice and identity to their online presence.

“We loved the icons, artwork, pictures and designs on the website. All the things the JCW team added have made it our own. They really understand our school.”

Lisee Sherill, EDS Director of Admissions

More Than Just a Beautiful Site

Giving users a precise flow and experience, we ensured the most important links and information were easy to access on the homepage and guided parents and potential parents seamlessly through other pages.

Focused on Innovation

First asking their students to draw whatever came to mind when they heard a certain word, our designers created custom icons and graphics to accentuate their website and showcase their innovative attributes.

In addition, we asked students to send in their best artwork from their art class to be featured throughout the website’s footer.

Capturing EDS

The Results

As our relationship with EDS continues to soar, we regularly assist their team with implementing marketing strategies, newsletters, social media advertising, media buys for publications, graphic designing, print collateral, photography and website updates. We’re excited to progressively help mold their image and tell their story for years to come.

“We love how JCW has completely captured the love, joy, curiosity and happiness of our EDS community.”
