Project managers play a vital role in the success of creative agencies. They work directly with clients to ensure their needs are being met and guide creative team members to produce engaging and informative content that improves clients’ business. This is certainly the case with Madeline Laborde, JCW’s newest Project Manager.

Prior to her role with JCW, Madeline worked as an operations coordinator at another agency ensuring team productivity and quality assurance for accounts. She joins our team skilled in data analytics and client communication, both valuable skills for a project manager in the marketing industry. Madeline is a graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Communications. Since Madeline has joined the team, our team members and clients have seen firsthand her strong work ethic and her passion for client satisfaction. 

“I want our clients to know they are real people who keep our business growing, and we want to keep theirs growing as well,” said Madeline.
